RECESS PERIOD IN MY SCHOOL
Recess is an important period for the students as well as the teachers. It is the period, when they can relax after four periods of studies. The recess period in my school starts at 10 a.m. after fourth period. As soon as the bell rings, all the students run out of their classes into the open ground. Some of the students bring tiffin from their houses while others buy things from the school canteen. All the students eat their tiffin quickly and start playing games. During recess, there is no restriction. We all shout and play as much as we like. The girls prefer to walk around the ground. Some of them may be seen gossiping in groups of four or five. The boys play games and run about wildly. The teachers also assemble in the staff room and refreshments. At 10.20, the bell rings and the recess get over. All the students rush back to their classrooms. There is calm and quiet in the school premises once again.
