UNITED NATIONS ORGANISATION “Peace in international affairs is a period of cheating between two periods of fighting!” said Bierce. The UNO was set up, among other things, for total peace world over. It was in 1945 when the World War – II was raging on that a little over 50 countries assembled in San Francisco (also known as Frisco) and discussed at length and breadth the strategies to discard arms all over the world.
