We collected rupees twenty each and fixed the programme. We hired a bus for our intended pleasure trip. We brought homemade delicacies. First of all, we visited Qutab Minar, built by Qutab-Ud-Din-Aibak. We saw the skyscraper and Bhool Bhulaiya. Then we went to see the Humayun’s Tomb and the Old Fort of the Pandavas. We had our lunch at the Old Fort and took rest for an hour. Then we visited the Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. After that we went to the India Gate where the Amar Jawan Jyoti burns in memory of the soldiers who gave up their lives to win freedom for our country. It was evening. We returned home after seeing the historical monuments of Delhi. These monuments draw the attention of tourists from all over the world.
