MY FAVOURITE GAME
Hockey which is our national game is my favourite game. For several years we were the world champions. It is very easy to master it. Twenty two players are required to play this game.
On each side there are six forwards, two halfbacks, two full backs, and a goal-keeper. A hockey match lasts an hour and a half. The goalkeeper has to defend the goal posts. Imagine how happy and proud a player feels when he scores a goal. It has great educative value too. We learn discipline, co-operation, team spirit and sportsmanship from this game.
